SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas

We had multiple leaks through our home and they responded quickly to help us. They were so great helping us through all the steps and clean up. They were there for every call and problem. They were professional, on time, polite, considerate and trustworthy. I would recommend them 100 times over without hesitation!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

I was going through a kitchen remodel and noticed some signs that there may have been a potential water leak in the past at some point when we ripped out the old kitchen cabinets. I wanted to have it checked out before we installed the new cabinets. I contacted SERVPRO and they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They first came out to provide an estimate and they were the most reasonable by far. Other companies tried to use scare tactics and fear to take advantage and try to justify their exorbitant prices. Unlike those other companies, SERVPRO was honest about the potential scope of work and pricing. Once I approved the estimate, they sent their crew out to do the inspection cuts and I couldn’t be happier with their work. The SERVPRO estimator and crew were all on time, professional, and clean. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I cannot thank the team at this SERVPRO location for all the hard work and outstanding service they provided me at my home. To highlight the 5star rating, you need to understand the situation. We were affected by the storm that came through a few months ago. We had flooding to our house which lead to mold. The Southwest team came out and identified the issues when other companies could not. They worked quickly, professional and respectful of my home. The communication they provided was excellent. In a time of need when I was let down by my insurance and other companies they helped me and put my mind at ease that I was in good hands and well take care of. Thank you to everyone for the outstanding job!

I have used SERVPRO of Southwest LV, as a realtor, to assist one of my sellers.  Kade, the estimator, was professional, returned call and answered questions in a timely manner. The techs came in and did what they needed to, cleaned up after themselves and made a challenging situation better for my client.  SERVPRO SW of LV saved the seller's transaction and we were able to close in a timely manner.

KADE S. was very helpful and knowledgeable in what he does, he inspected and assessed my water damage. He's always available to help out and mediate any issues.
He immediately brought in 2 of their finest technicians, JAMES and HECTOR to get the work started.

I am very appreciative and grateful to SERVPRO SW and their team. Jose and Kade (and their team) were extremely helpful after our fridge decided to flood our kitchen. They worked cleanly, swiftly, and were always punctual. They always let us know what was happening and provided the next steps to resolve our issue. Kade was very helpful with the financial part and was very upfront about pricing. It only took a few days for everything to dry up and helped avoid any molding. Jose and his team even moved our fridge outside, which I know was not easy. Thank you guys so much for everything you have done for us!!

I had a washer over flow which flooded my house. The crew showed up on time was professional, polite and got the job done right away! With it being water damage the big job was done within a handful of hours and then over the last few days their industrial fans dried the structure rapidly! Each day a team member came by to check the progress and gave me an accurate update! Highly recommend and ask for team member Josh who works under Production Manager Jose Reyes!

It has been wonderful how helpful the SERVPRO team has been after the water damage in our home. From the QUICK response for the dry out and the timely repair to get us back into our home, and most of all the helpful and courteous customer service from all at SERVPRO. They made an unfortunate loss so much easier for us.
