Meet Our Team

Ryan is Co-Owner/President of SERVPRO of Cheshire County. Ryan began his SERVPRO career in 2002. Ryan has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT-Water Restoration Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, AMRT-Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, ASD- Applied Structural Drying, and TCST-Trauma and Crime Scene Technician. He is also certified with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) and EPA LeadSafe. Ryan lives in Walpole, NH.

Derek is Co-Owner/Vice President of SERVPRO of Cheshire County. He has been with SERVPRO since 2003. Derek has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):WRT-Water Restoration Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, AMRT- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and TCST- Trauma and Crime Scene Technician. Derek also has OSHA 10-Hour Certification. Derek lives in Swanzey, NH.

Originally from Florida, Alex brings extensive knowledge and experience in the emergency property restoration industry. He began his SERVPRO journey in 2016 as a restoration technician in his home state of Florida, and quickly advanced to Project Manager, where he focused on commercial large-loss projects. In 2021, Alex joined SERVPRO of Portland (Maine), further expanding his expertise and leadership within the SERVPRO network.

Alex’s large-loss restoration experience has taken him up and down the East Coast, responding to catastrophic storm events and complex commercial projects. With multiple industry certifications and years of hands-on experience, he has already made a strong, positive impression on our team. We look forward to learning from his experience and working alongside him as we continue to grow.

Curtis comes to SERVPRO Team Paul having over 15 years of experience in the emergency restoration field and carries numerous certifications as well. Curtis is our Operations Manager and oversees all aspects of our team's production and project management.

Melissa is our Office Manager. She joined the SERVPRO of Cheshire County Team in 2011. Melissa has extensive experience in the field and oversees the day-to-day operations of our office. Melissa lives in Walpole, NH.

Since joining Team Green in 2022, Laura has been a key piece within our main headquarters, operating as a direct conduit between our project managers, production staff, and our clients. In her role as Job File Coordinator, Laura communicates daily with project managers and production teams to ensure all in-progress jobs are on time and accurately documented. Laura has greatly assisted with the growth of our three franchises, and we thank her for her contributions to the team!

It has been a pleasure having Wilman as a part of Team Green since he began back in 2017. From his first day, Wil has shown an incredible desire to learn, progress, and expand his knowledge in the world of property restoration. Wil is always thinking of ways to better serve and accommodate his clients. We are very grateful to have Wil on the team, and we thank him for his hard work and dedication!

Mitigation Project Manager, Ashley, began at SERVPRO in 2017. Ashley's overall focus is ensuring our production crew members are equipped with everything necessary to complete large fire or water damage losses. Whether it be their daily tasks whether that be training, scheduling, products, procedures, or processes. Ashley utilizes her 6 industry certifications and years of experience to ensure our quality standards are consistently met in the field. Thank you, Ashley, for your diligence and leadership!

Tom joined SERVPRO Team Paul in 2025 as our Construction Operations Manager. Tom guides and oversees all aspects of the construction division here at SERVPRO Team Paul including ongoing projects, scheduling and collaboration with our project managers. Tom brings with him many years of experience in the construction world.

Originally from Vermont, Michael brings a wealth of experience to SERVPRO Team Paul. Michael is our Construction Project Manager. His construction career began while serving in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed a strong foundation in construction management, project execution, and leadership. He later expanded his expertise working for both an international paving company and a bridge construction company before joining our team. We are pleased to have Michael with us to manage, estimate, and ensure customer satisfaction on our construction projects.

Chis has been immersed in the world of emergency property restoration for over 15 years and has experience assisting with about every type of damage imaginable. He is a multiple certification holder and has a vast knowledge of fire and water damage mitigation. Chris is consistently commended by clients for his compassion, consideration, and thoroughness throughout the job process. We appreciate Chris' dedication and positive contributions to the team!

Tyson D. came on board in 2023 as a technician and very quickly developed a knowledge and understanding of emergency restoration and the science behind effective fire and water damage mitigation. Now as Restoration Superintendent, Tyson regularly shares his knowledge and expertise with teammates as he leads them through each new property restoration project. Tyson, thank you for your daily contributions to Team Green!

Meet James! James joined SERVPRO Team Paul in the Spring of 2025 and is our Administrative Assistant our primary dispatcher. As he quickly became skilled and proficient in that role, James soon began taking on additional roles within our office. James contributes daily with scheduling, preparing technician work orders, collaborating with our Operations Manager and office staff, and is beginning to transition into an additional Job File Coordinator for our team. A man who wears many hats, and no matter what challenge he faces, he completes the task and does it with a smile. James, thank you for all you bring to SERVPRO Team Paul!

Our Warehouse Manager, Paul, joined our team in 2023. Paul oversees the organization, inventory, and configuration of our home base and each of our off-site facilities. Paul also assists with supply management on large losses and supports our production staff with fire and water damage emergencies. Paul's organizational skills, and team-first approach make him a perfect fit here at SERVPRO!

Julie has been an integral part of the SERVPRO Team since 2000. Julie is one of our Restoration Supervisors and carries certifications in Fire and Smoke Restoration as well as Odor Control. We are incredibly appreciative of her hard work and dependability as well as her compassionate connection with our clients! Thank you, Julie!

Bob began with SERVPRO back in 2018 as a member of our emergency mitigation staff. His 38+ years of construction experience has been incredibly valuable on complex and intricate demolition during fire & water damage restoration projects. With the introduction of our Construction Division, Bob seamlessly moved from mitigation to reconstruction of our client's properties. Thank you, Bob, for all your contributions here at SERVPRO!

Jeremy has been a part of Team Green since 2022. Jeremy is versatile and is able to assist on many types of projects. He has extensive experience in fire and water damage mitigation as well as mold remediation and professional cleaning services. He is dependable and can always be counted on when our clients need us, both during and outside of normal business hours. Jeremy, thank you for your constant hustle, tenacity, and positivity!

David shows tremendous versatility here at Team Green. David joined SERVPRO back in 2022. He is trained and highly skilled in all areas of property restoration from fire and water damage, to mold remediation, and air duct cleaning. David is also a member of our construction staff. Always reliable, and always wearing a smile! David, thank you for all you do here at SERVPRO!

Since joining Team Green, Jaden has shown incredible growth as an emergency mitigation technician. He's reliable, punctual, and his positivity and helpful character reflects on the SERVPRO teammates around him. We're looking forward to Jaden's future and progression here at SERVPRO! As a long-time SERVPRO team member, Aimee has developed amazing skills when it comes to property damage restoration, in particular: fire and smoke damage. She is incredibly thorough and takes great pride in everything she does. Aimee has experience in multiple areas of cleaning and restoration. Her experience, consistency, and passion show through her work. Aimee, we appreciate the qualities you bring to Team Green!

Troy began his career here at SERVPRO in early 2024 and has progressed greatly in that short time. Troy has assisted with fire, smoke, water, and mold damage residential jobs, and most recently has gained experience assisting with large commercial restoration projects.
