I'd like to thank David S. and Troy R. for their hard work to clean up my Mom's basement after a water leak. Their communication, respect, kindness and hard work are so appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them again if we needed this service. I would also like to thank Will for his communication and patience since we have not dealt with a problem like this before.

Tracey Gaier

I have worked a lot with Servpro and James! . These guys are amazing at the work they do and care about the work they do. Highly recommend

Theodore Gargano

I had a ton of damage to my house from the ice this past winter. ServPro was a fantastic partner through the whole mitigation process. Ashley's team was easy to work with. My main contact was with James and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! He went well above and beyond to help me out, answer any questions, and just help keep me from stressing out too much! They are lucky to have him!!! This company is professional, quick to respond, and so helpful with dealing with insurance. 1000% recommend!

Jennifer Ely

ServPro crew supervised by Taylor were efficient, on-time, kept me informed throughout the project, was careful with my personal items, did an excellent job with my flooded basement and left the space clean and mold free. I highly recommend them

Ralph Coffey

Amy+Pam did an amazing job of removing the damaged parts of our house, drying everything thoroughly, and meticulously cleaning up when their work was done. This was no small feat, due to the age and condition of our damaged walls, ceilings, insulation, etc. Through it all, they kept me well informed both about what needed to be done and about how they were progressing in getting it done. I am very grateful and will ask for them by name if we ever have a similar situation that requires SERVPRO remediation.

Peter Elwell

I cannot say enough good things about the Cleaning/Restoration Service provided. The team leader, Julie, is incredible & Wilman, the Project Manager is personable & professional! The Technicians Justin, Julian, & David were so courteous & respectful of us & our home & worked so hard! Thank you all! Also, a shout out to Curtis who is a District Manager, I am impressed! BE IN THE KNOW-GO WITH SERVE PRO!

Kyle Beckwith

While the office experience was satisfactory, I have to give a huge shout out to the gentlemen that came out on site. Dave and Justin are the definition of integrity and professionalism. They worked relentlessly all day in freezing still water and outside temps, doing everything they could to slow down the back flow from our basement drain. Not only did they put themselves in an extremely uncomfortable work environment, they actually had the selflessness to ask me what I needed and apologize for a flood that wasn’t even their fault. I would recommend these specific technicians to any customer who still values working men who go the extra distance.

Chris Bartlett

Every single person who has come to help us get back to normal after our septic spill has been TERRIFIC. I have to send out a particular thanks to both David and Jadon who were with us for 3 days, pulling out tile and basement carpeting. They were incredibly hard working, and conscientious to us-protecting us from the inevitable dust that comes with these messy jobs. Thanks David and Jadon! Forgot to tell you how Carlos saw us through the cleanup phase of this ordeal. He kept everything in order and made sure all of our questions were answered satisfactorily.

Our first objective is to make a client feel comfortable as we walk them through the restoration process following an unsettling experience. It is of utmost importance to build a trust with the client from the initial phone call.

Every service we perform during a water or fire damage cleanup is done in the interest of gaining complete approval and contentment from that client. A year later, younger son Derek joined the family-owned and operated franchise. Both Ryan and Derek grew up in Cheshire County attending Keene High School and Keene State College. Now over 30 years into their family’s ownership, Ryan and Derek Paul are handling day-to-day operations as Co-Owners of the business along with Ryan’s wife Melissa who began her role as Office Manager in 2011. Ryan manages business operations while Derek is Director of Marketing. Together, the three hope to continue to maintain the shining reputation that was created by Richard and Susan over 30 years ago.
