They were amazingly prompt Chris was at my home within a half-hour after I spoke with Lathe. I was very impressed with the thorough inspection given to all areas affected, and the treatment process. The Tofts purchased the Omaha Southwest franchise in July of 2019 after relocating from northwest Iowa where they were co-owners of SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes.
