Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in under budget and are so happy to have the water damaged items removed after a storm caused a power outage which left our sump pump not working. They not only did an amazing job with their work but they gave me suggestions on who to talk to about the other issues we were having in our basement. Jesse and team did great work in removing the items and also explained everything. I hope we never need this service again but if we do, I wouldn't choose anyone else and know help is a phone call away.

Lathe has a terrific crew, who are very skilled, polite, punctual, and importantly very helpful. We had issues associated with the water leak in the basement. Despite it being New Year's Eve, Lathe’s team arrived immediately on our initial phone call and took care of the entire process. Chris and Kevin were on point in mitigating the issue at hand and we were very impressed to see how quickly and neatly the task was accomplished. Another of their colleague Trevor, also deserves kudos for following up for the next three days, followed by Lathe (owner) in person on the last day. We had a minor technical glitch with our microwave, but his team was very accommodating in sorting the issue out. This was very sweet of them. In summary, I am absolutely impressed with this crew and they are on my speed dial should any issues arise in the future. They are indeed the go to guys in case of a home related emergency.
Brian, Lathe, and the crew are amazing! I was worried I was going to have to tear up my whole basement, due to water damage, which was newly renovated. They did a great job of making sure that did not have to happen. They gave me a run down of the treatment process. My basement looked great after they were done.
