Great job and service!

I had a deer jump through a window in my home causing a lot of damage. The deer was injured and was bleeding. Needless to say my house was a horrendous mess. I called ServPro of Southwest Raleigh and received a return call from Steve within the hour. Steve was very accommodating and sent Matthew a team leader to access the damage. Within a couple of hours they had a team on site for the cleanup process. Mike and Paul started around 7pm and did not leave until midnight. They got the blood and glass cleaned up so I could function in my home. They were fantastic and very concerned with my satisfaction. Matthew assisted with the cleanup and did a fabulous job documenting the before and after. On Monday Charlene came to clean my furniture and did an awesome job. Thomas and Ricky cleared the room of the furniture and to remove the remainder of the carpet and carpet pad. They did a great job and were kind enough to move my furniture back into the house from the garage where Charlene had clean the furniture. I would highly recommend Servpro of Southwest Raleigh. Matt Furry and his team were onsite at our house very quickly after we contacted ServePro after our washing machine flooded. Throughout the process they were courteous, respectful, and always pleasant to be around. They showed up on time each day and took care of things exactly when they told us they would. I would recommend ServePro and this team to anyone in need of this type of service.

I just had Garry, Mike, and Paul come to clean my ducts and dryer vent and they did a phenomenal job! All 3 of them were professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and Servpro if you're looking to get your ducts cleaned!

I recently dealt with a major water damage situation, and I cannot recommend the team at Servpro enough. Kelly, Nick, Justin, and Derrick (and their entire crew) were absolute professionals from start to finish. They were incredibly effective at mitigating the damage and—more importantly for my peace of mind—took the time to explain the process clearly so I wasn't left in the dark. They were consistently professional, courteous, and always available whenever I had a random question or concern. In the middle of a high-stress disaster, they managed to make this part of the journey feel a lot less heavy. While I would hire this specific Servpro team again in a heartbeat, I sincerely hope to never see their faces at my front door ever again!

We had a 5 gallon bucket of paint spring a leak in our garage. It was a shock when my wife found it. I had always seen ServePro advertised so I knew this problem was something I couldn’t handle. I immediately called ServePro of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs and described my problem. They scheduled a cleanup right away. Their work was excellent. I give them a 10 out of 10. Would definitely use again.
