Our owner, James Gosnell, brings years of experience in property restoration and commercial construction as the driving force behind our mission. A United States Marine Corps veteran, James served in two overseas deployments before earning his Bachelor of Finance from the University of South Alabama. Prior to opening this franchise, he managed large-scale commercial flooring projects across Florida and North Carolina, building expertise in complex and fast-moving construction environments. His leadership, discipline, and deep industry knowledge ensure that SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.
