First things first. My name is Wilbur Arrington. A few months back(2 days before Memorial Day), we had a water line come disconnected from the dishwasher. Needless to say, it ran for approximately 7-8 hours before I caught it. It damaged our dining room, kitchen, and laundry room very badly. I got in touch with Servpro and they were very quick with a response and someone was here within about 60 minutes. He looked around and I signed the contract with them for water mitigation and also about the rebuild. The water mitigation went fine and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for their professional services and timely management. After this is where it started to go downhill on my part. Apparently I was expecting a little too much, too fast. I got upset with how long it was taking to get started on the rebuild, so I posted pictures and had some unpleasant things to say about the company. I was totally in the wrong for doing that. I really didn’t understand how slow my insurance company was going to be, and I took it out on the wrong people. I sincerely apologize to ServPro of Mt. Airy and their owners and staff. After I finally got the insurance company to come around and do their job, I had already alienated ServPro. Once again, I apologize to them, and would very highly recommend them for any of your disaster relief.
From Cameron to Remey everyone was fantastic and so helpful! We got flooded with water from a flash storm but not enough that I had to have full restoration, it was my rug, but they come out got the rest of the water out for me and were so nice throughout the entire service though it only took them like an hour at most. 10/10
Servpro done a great job removing some mold from the cab of a vehicle!
Servpro and the clean-up team came to my mom's house the day after Christmas after a sewage back-up flooded her finished basement. They did a great job and I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped with cleaning up all the sewage, with the sanitation, with packing up my mom's furniture and home decor, etc. They also had to put in new floors and had to bring everything back out of storage. There were several crews helping and my mom and I truly appreciate all of them, especially because I live out of town. Sherry Wagner, Carl, and Chris Campbell, were so professional and patient with us, along with others. We appreciate them and would use Servpro again!
We were faced with a sewer line leak in our basement. Cameron and his team professionally addressed the haul off and clean up in a expedited manner. If ever faced with a similar situation, we would definitely use them again!

I recently had flooding from a hose that came off in my bathroom. Flooded bath, br, 3 closets and hallway. Servpro out of Mt. Airy was great! Got everything dried out and no mold. Very polite, respectful young men.Very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend and would use again.
