We had to call them for a water leak, and they were at our house in no time. Because of their quick response and excellent knowledge, they were able to save our solid hardwood floors from damage and our carpet. Once they finished cleaning up and drying out the house we only had to paint a few walls. I would call these guys anytime!!
We had SERVPRO come out to clean our couches, rugs, and carpet. I have had several other professionals provide the same services to the same areas and the stains have never been lifted. When I called SERVPRO it was honestly more for peace of mind knowing that everything was clean. I did not expect the stains to actually be removed since no one else has ever been able to do it before. When they were finished everything looked brand new, smelled amazing, and there were NO more stains anywhere. They were very professional, polite, on time, and most of all thorough. They did not leave until the job was completely done to my satisfaction and theirs. I highly recommend them and only them to anyone who is looking for similar services.
They were so genuine and made sure the job was done 110% … no shortcuts. I highly recommend for whatever job you are needing them for.

Our owner, James Gosnell, brings years of experience in property restoration and commercial construction as the driving force behind our mission. A United States Marine Corps veteran, James served in two overseas deployments before earning his Bachelor of Finance from the University of South Alabama. Prior to opening this franchise, he managed large-scale commercial flooring projects across Florida and North Carolina, building expertise in complex and fast-moving construction environments. His leadership, discipline, and deep industry knowledge ensure that SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.
