Our Owners, Mike and James Gosnell have 18 years + experience in property restoration and commercial construction. This depth of knowledge and ability to serve clients needs are the driving force behind SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain's mission.

Mike worked his way through college as a SERVPRO Production Technician and then went to work on the regional and national level of SERVPRO as a Franchise Business Consultant, working with over 100 franchises. After that, he went to work with a large flooring contractor for the next eight years before opening SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain. His experience and leadership in growing and leading organizations provides the foundation for our franchise's continued success.

James is a former United States Marine who served in two oversees deployments. After serving, he earned his Bachelor of Finance from the University of South Alabama. Prior to opening this franchise, James was a Project Manager on large scale commercial flooring projects in Florida and North Carolina. He's experienced in managing complex and fast moving construction projects.
