Our Owner, James Gosnell has 18 years + experience in property restoration and commercial construction. This depth of knowledge and ability to serve clients needs are the driving force behind SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain's mission.
James is a former United States Marine who served in two oversees deployments. After serving, he earned his Bachelor of Finance from the University of South Alabama. Prior to opening this franchise, James was a Project Manager on large scale commercial flooring projects in Florida and North Carolina. He's experienced in managing complex and fast moving construction projects.
