This is the second time I used ServPro for mold mitigation due to water from the unit above me. I was not paying for this - the neighbor above me paid. However, I declined using the other mitigation group that estimated the job for my neighbor because my first experience with Serv Pro was so excellent and I wanted to assure this mitigation was done promptly and efficiently.
