He was very responsive and ultimately completed a repair in only a day after we waited 4.5 months to initiate due to insurance negotiations and bureaucracy. Even though the work was rapidly completed, it was high quality.

This is the second time I used ServPro for mold mitigation due to water from the unit above me. I was not paying for this - the neighbor above me paid. However, I declined using the other mitigation group that estimated the job for my neighbor because my first experience with Serv Pro was so excellent and I wanted to assure this mitigation was done promptly and efficiently. The technical and office staff are all responsive and excellent. Kudos to all, especially Jorge for handling this during the holiday season.
