Jason was an amazing Project Manager and Carlos was an excellent contractor. They both kept me up to date throughout the entire process. We had a sewer line that backed up in our basement and we were dreading dealing with the remediation. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was with their help! William was our reconstruction manager. This review is specifically for him and the reconstruction work of the subcontractors on the project. He was very responsive and ultimately completed a repair in only a day after we waited 4.5 months to initiate due to insurance negotiations and bureaucracy. Even though the work was rapidly completed, it was high quality.

The ServoPro team was very quick to respond when we had a major water leak in our home. They communicated with us on every step of the process and were very professional. They arrived for follow up services at the times that they communicated. It was very nice to be able to rely on their service during a time when we were really stressed. This is the second time I used ServPro for mold mitigation due to water from the unit above me. I was not paying for this - the neighbor above me paid. However, I declined using the other mitigation group that estimated the job for my neighbor because my first experience with Serv Pro was so excellent and I wanted to assure this mitigation was done promptly and efficiently. The technical and office staff are all responsive and excellent. Kudos to all, especially Jorge for handling this during the holiday season.
