I hired SERVPRO to clean out my air conditioning ducts. (20 years) Kurt and his staff came in, and all of them were very professional, friendly, and appreciative. Kurt informed me of what they would be doing, and how long it would take. They washed up all of my vents as well. They also cleaned up any mess that they had made during the process. The crew members were very helpful and kind. They were good to explain what they were doing and how long to expect the job to take.
Our basement flooded and left a terrible mess. The team came quickly and accessed the situation. Another team came in and ripped all of the wet sheetrock, trim, and other wet debris. They dried the room for days and the sent repair team in to return it to its original status. Very hardworking guys!
