my mom had a water leak in her spare bathroom that hardly ever gets used, so by the time we found it a lot of damage had been done. The insurance company had SERVPRO come out and take out the vanity and tear up the flooring so they can see the true damage that occurred. The guys that came out were great. The did a fantastic job and made sure they cleaned up after themselves as best as they could. The supervisor came out several times while they were there to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to and not goofing off. The guys also asked me where they should put the old vanity and flooring instead of just throwing it in a pile somewhere for us to move at a later date. I would recommend SERVPRO for any kind of clean up that you need.
Greg and Chris were great when I had to have some work done recently. They showed up quickly, had the initial cleanup done within a couple hours, and were excellent to work with until the job was complete. Very professional, prompt, and dependable!
We had just moved into our new home and used the washer for the first time to find out the drain hose wasn't connected. It leaked into the finished basement and caused a lot of stress until SERVPRO arrived. They moved equipment in right away to dry up all of the water and talk me through the stressful moment. Have never had to use SERVPRO before. Had a horrible experience with another company's service technician this morning and after he left, I was forced to call another company to figure out why my dryer wouldn't dry clothes. Within 5 minutes, Chris not only diagnosed the problem but also had it fixed. So not only do they clean up your house after a fire or flood, but they are also masters at cleaning up after inept service companies who take their money and run without fixing a thing! Cannot thank Chris and SERVPRO enough and will recommend them to everyone who is ever looking for their services! 5 Star Service!!!
I had 4 feet of standing water in my basement. Greg and his team showed up at 1 am on a Friday and got everything taken care of , he worked with my insurance company and I didn’t have to pay a dime out of my pocket. Highly recommend SERVPRO WOW!!!
