Have never had to use SERVPRO before. my mom had a water leak in her spare bathroom that hardly ever gets used, so by the time we found it a lot of damage had been done. The insurance company had SERVPRO come out and take out the vanity and tear up the flooring so they can see the true damage that occurred. The guys that came out were great. The did a fantastic job and made sure they cleaned up after themselves as best as they could. The supervisor came out several times while they were there to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to and not goofing off. The guys also asked me where they should put the old vanity and flooring instead of just throwing it in a pile somewhere for us to move at a later date. I would recommend SERVPRO for any kind of clean up that you need.
Greg and Chris were great when I had to have some work done recently. They showed up quickly, had the initial cleanup done within a couple hours, and were excellent to work with until the job was complete. Very professional, prompt, and dependable!
