Have never had to use SERVPRO before. Had a horrible experience with another company's service technician this morning and after he left, I was forced to call another company to figure out why my dryer wouldn't dry clothes. Within 5 minutes, Chris not only diagnosed the problem but also had it fixed. So not only do they clean up your house after a fire or flood, but they are also masters at cleaning up after inept service companies who take their money and run without fixing a thing! my mom had a water leak in her spare bathroom that hardly ever gets used, so by the time we found it a lot of damage had been done. The insurance company had SERVPRO come out and take out the vanity and tear up the flooring so they can see the true damage that occurred. The guys that came out were great. The did a fantastic job and made sure they cleaned up after themselves as best as they could. The supervisor came out several times while they were there to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to and not goofing off. The guys also asked me where they should put the old vanity and flooring instead of just throwing it in a pile somewhere for us to move at a later date. I would recommend SERVPRO for any kind of clean up that you need.
