Everything was kept as neat as possible under the existing conditions. The restoration crew kept us informed of progress of repairing damaged area and did a great job of getting things back better than before. The cleaning crew got all the new dust, a lot of old dust, foot prints, finger prints and make everything spick and span.
Very quick to respond with tech to begin clean up on water damage. Installed dryers and de-humidifiers within hours, later checked moisture levels, after drying process came back and removed equipment. Very courteous and responsive to our needs and questions.
