He holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. As an active member of our Storm Team, Daniel has traveled across the country to assist communities impacted by major disasters. His deep expertise and steady leadership make him a valuable asset on any job, and he is especially known for his skill in mold remediation.

David has over 39 years experience in Fire and Water Restoration. He has the following Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He is an active member of our Storm Team traveling across the country for major catastrophes. David holds Continuing Education Instructor credentials for the State of Missouri and is part of our C.E. teaching team.

Brian brings over 40 years of experience in the fire and water restoration industry with SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County and currently serves as General Manager. With a strong background in construction, he plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the rebuild process, ensuring projects are completed with precision, quality, and care. Brian holds certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Removal Technician and has extensive field experience responding to large-scale disasters. As a dedicated member of SERVPRO’s Storm Team, he has traveled across the country to assist with flood and hurricane recovery efforts. A graduate of Missouri Valley College, Brian is known for his leadership, technical knowledge, and unwavering commitment to helping customers restore their properties and peace of mind.

Amberlyn serves as an Account Manager for SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County and has been a valued member of our team since March 2021. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Amberlyn brings discipline, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every aspect of her role.

She is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), giving her a solid technical foundation to support our clients with confidence and care.

In her role, Amberlyn plays a vital part in building and nurturing relationships with clients, professional partners, and the local community. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence make her a trusted resource and a key part of our team’s success.

Jade joined the SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County team in 2023 as an Account Manager and has quickly become an essential part of our customer relations team. She is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), equipping her with the knowledge to confidently support clients through the restoration process.

As an Account Manager, Jade plays a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, professional partners, and members of the local community. Her professionalism, strong communication skills, and commitment to service make her a valuable asset to our team.

Melody has proudly served as the Marketing Support Coordinator for SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County since January 2014. With more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and over 20 years in event planning, she brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and organization to the team. Melody supports the marketing department through content creation, campaign coordination, community engagement, and the planning of outreach events. Her passion for building relationships and sharing the SERVPRO story helps keep the brand top-of-mind in the communities we serve.

Melissa serves as the Human Resources Manager for SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County. An experienced HR professional, she brings a strong passion for training, team development, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from the Missouri State University College of Business, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and people management. Her dedication to employee growth and organizational success makes her an integral part of the SERVPRO leadership team.

Dawn is the Accounts Receivable Administrator for SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County. She brings many years of accounting experience and has been a valued member of our team since 2021. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, Dawn plays a key role in managing our billing processes and supporting our financial operations. Tondi joined SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County in 2022 and plays a vital role as a Priority Responder. She specializes in fire and contents cleaning, helping restore items and spaces impacted by smoke and fire damage. Known for her excellent customer service, Tondi consistently brings care and professionalism to every job.

She holds multiple IICRC certifications, including: Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)

Megan is a Production Manager for SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County.

Zach B. is a Mitigation Project Manager for SERVPRO of Springfield/Greene County. In his role, Zach oversees water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation projects from start to finish—ensuring quick response, effective communication, and quality results for every customer. He works closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals to coordinate timely, efficient restoration efforts when disaster strikes. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Dustin served 20 years of honorable active duty before transitioning into the construction field—a passion he’s pursued since his high school years. With decades of hands-on experience and a proven track record of leadership, Dustin brings a strategic, solutions-focused approach to every job. He joined the SERVPRO team in 2023 and is proud to continue serving others in a new capacity—by helping our customers rebuild with confidence.
