About Us
OUR STORY
SERVPRO of Douglas & Otter Tail Counties is your local go to Emergency Water and Fire Restoration company. Independently owned by Trevor Rossum since 2016, we are committed to being a reliable and skilled partner to help family and businesses in the community recover.
Before becoming a business owner, Trevor sold healthcare software. He learned about SERVPRO at a tradeshow as a vendor. While at the tradeshow, he knew he wanted to become involved with the restoration industry and decided to shift his focus to owning a business and helping people in times of need. When Trevor is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, attending his two kids' sporting events, and golfing!

What a great experience from start to finish- after a storm came through I was worried we'd have trouble getting someone to come out to the house but they arrived within a couple hours. Phone calls with the office were prompt, courteous, informative and kept me updated. Dani was wonderful to work with- walked me through the process, thorough and careful with the work involved, and we got great results. Highly recommend!

The hotel had a fire June 2024 in the wee hours of the morning. At approximately 6:30am that same morning, SERVPRO arrived on property, set up their command post and literally within minutes, SERVPRO trucks, vans and employees started showing up. The SERVPRO team new where they were to go and what they needed to do. It didn't stop until their job was finished approximately 3-4 weeks later. Krockett, the Supervisor of this particular project, was always in contact about what was being done. The motto of SERVPRO "Like it never even happened", rings true with our project. SERVPRO is "TOP SHELF"! I would not hesitate at all in having them assist with clean-up after a disaster. Thanks again, Trevor, Ron and the entire team in Alexandria MN.
We had water damage at our lake cabin. They showed up the next day after we called our insurance agent. They told us throughout the project that they were there to serve us and make us happy. They did a wonderful job, in a timely manner, and we really could not be happy with the job they did.
