Our finished basement flooded - 2" of standing clean water. Travis and his team where courteous, efficient, hardworking and communicated well. The SERVPRO team showed up 30 minutes after I made the call, incredible! I had water leakage from my water heater shut-off valve. Called my insurance company, they recommended SERVPRO to check it out. They were called and out to check withing 2-3 hours the same day. The guys explained everything thoroughly as to what they were going to do/doing. When I had questions, they were answered respectfully. The guys were very courteous and prompt. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
My experience with SERVPRO was phenomenal. Our contractor Carlos was always punctual and went above and beyond to meet our needs. He worked with us a total of 3 days and even checked up afterwards, and was cost savvy was we are a total of 5 college students. He was even willing to be in contact with our landlord and insurance regarding the damage that occurred.

Our History
We have been operating in the Twin Cities for over 25 years. In that time, we have grown from a team of 5 people and two vans at a single location to team of over 30 people, 15 service vehicles and 4 locations throughout the Twin Cities area.
We are equipped to handle everything from a small residential water damage to large complex commercial losses. This include everything from flooded basements, water damage from a broken pipe and sewer backups. We also have a team of specialists trained in fire and smoke clean up. So whether you had a small stove top fire or a fully involved house fire with smoke and soot damage throughout, we can respond to the clean up 24/7!
SERVPRO of Chaska/Chanhassen became our newest location in early 2020 when Scott Clemente, took over ownership and management of the business with the goal of providing the same exceptional service that we have been providing at our other locations for the last 20 years.
We are now able to serve the Scott County and Carver County areas long with the broader Minneapolis area with this and our three other locations:
