For over two decades we have been providing disaster recovery services to not only the Chaska and Chanhassen but the entire region of Scott County. We have a team of over 30 trained and certified technicians who are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We do not use voicemail- you will get a live person who can help anytime - even if it is just to answer questions.

- Fast - We will usually be onsite to start work within an hour of a customer calling us
- Professional- Our technicians will answer your questions, walk you though the scope of work and coordinate with your insurance company if you are making a claims
- Full Service- Our team holds over 60 certifications from the IICRC. We have technicians who specialize in each aspect of disaster restoration: fire and smoke damage, mold damage, water damage or bio-hazard/crime scene clean up.
Locally Owned and Operated
Current owner, Scott Clemente and his wife Liz own and operate four SERVPRO locations in the Twin Cities area where they have lived for over a decade. They believe in being active members of the community and through SERVPRO have organized and taken part in various charity and community events over the last 10 years.

About Us
Our History
We have been operating in the Twin Cities for over 25 years. In that time, we have grown from a team of 5 people and two vans at a single location to team of over 30 people, 15 service vehicles and 4 locations throughout the Twin Cities area.
We are equipped to handle everything from a small residential water damage to large complex commercial losses. This include everything from flooded basements, water damage from a broken pipe and sewer backups. We also have a team of specialists trained in fire and smoke clean up. So whether you had a small stove top fire or a fully involved house fire with smoke and soot damage throughout, we can respond to the clean up 24/7!
SERVPRO of Chaska/Chanhassen became our newest location in early 2020 when Scott Clemente, took over ownership and management of the business with the goal of providing the same exceptional service that we have been providing at our other locations for the last 20 years.
We are now able to serve the Scott County and Carver County areas long with the broader Minneapolis area with this and our three other locations:
- SERVPRO of Shakopee/Savage/Prior Lake
- SERVPRO of Minnetonka
- SERVPRO of Coon Rapids/Central Anoka County

- Over 300 air movers and 75 commercial grade dehumidifiers
- 19,000 square foot warehouse with secured climate controlled storage
- All technicians have iPads with proprietary software to properly document the loss.
- New and properly working equipment from thermal cameras, to wood floor rescue mat systems
Full Service Company
As a Minnesota licensed General Contractor, we can handle a job from start to finish. That means not only cleaning up after fire, smoke and water damage but taking care of the repairs so you can get back to your life!
We have reconstruction project managers on site and work with all insurance companies.
In addition to being able to conduct repair services, we also have technicians on staff that are certified in bio-hazard and crime scene clean up and mold clean up.
