About Us
Our History
We have been operating in the Twin Cities for over 25 years. In that time, we have grown from a team of 5 people and two vans at a single location to team of over 30 people, 15 service vehicles and 4 locations throughout the Twin Cities area.
We are equipped to handle everything from a small residential water damage to large complex commercial losses. This include everything from flooded basements, water damage from a broken pipe and sewer backups. We also have a team of specialists trained in fire and smoke clean up. So whether you had a small stove top fire or a fully involved house fire with smoke and soot damage throughout, we can respond to the clean up 24/7!
SERVPRO of Chaska/Chanhassen became our newest location in early 2020 when Scott Clemente, took over ownership and management of the business with the goal of providing the same exceptional service that we have been providing at our other locations for the last 20 years.
We are now able to serve the Scott County and Carver County areas long with the broader Minneapolis area with this and our three other locations:

As a Minnesota licensed General Contractor, we can handle a job from start to finish. That means not only cleaning up after fire, smoke and water damage but taking care of the repairs so you can get back to your life!
We have reconstruction project managers on site and work with all insurance companies.
In addition to being able to conduct repair services, we also have technicians on staff that are certified in bio-hazard and crime scene clean up and mold clean up.

We had a pretty good flood of water from the level above in an office building and they were out within an hour with fans, extractors and dehumidifiers. Very professional and very thorough. Came back the next day to check and subsequently came 3 days later to pick up all equipment and verify everything was dry. Great communication and workers.

We had a surprise heavy rainstorm that overloaded our sump pump and flooded our basement. We called ServPro and they responded right away. They sent a 3 man team, Curtis and Wazzy, out the next day. And they fantastic! They were very polite. They called ahead of time to announce they're arrival. Then went to work immediately and quickly. I have nothing but high praise for these guys. ServPro have truly amazing and professional teams! Highly recommended!

We had a surprise water leak (aren't they all?) and needed some professional help. Called them early on a Sunday, discussed our options, and settled for an on-site visit for Tuesday. Trevor and Kimon from SERVPRO were there in the early morning to help with our insurance adjuster, walk through the damage, and then immediately got to work. Both did a fantastic job on a very clean demolition, the mitigation set up, super helpful/knowledgeable with questions, and even called me each of the following days before coming out to check on the drying progress. While I hope to never have to call them about another water issue (haha), they made the whole process extremely easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Big big thank you to the whole SERVPRO team and especially Trevor and Kimon. Thanks guys!
