With over 15 years of experience, SERVPRO of North East Grand Rapids / Ionia & Montcalm Counties has been serving the Grand Rapids area, as well as Ionia & Montcalm counties and their neighboring communities for years. Owners Brent and Jessica Griffioen go above and beyond for their clients and employees, treating everyone as a part of their family. We are extremely happy with the quality of service that we received by SERVPRO of NE GR. Water in our basement was the last thing we thought we would be dealing with when we bought this home a few months ago. Casey and his crew at SERVPRO NE, were able to be onsite within hours of our phone call to their office. They addressed the issue and thoroughly removed all water and moisture in the basement. Throughout the process, Casey kept us up to date with daily reports on the progress of the cleanup. The entire crew was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very courteous throughout the cleanup. Hopefully, we won't need more flood restoration services in the future, but if we do, without hesitation, we will contact this same franchise. Thank you again, Casey!!! Highly recommended!
We had flooding issues after our sump pump recently died and ServPro did an excellent job helping us mitigate the water damage. They came out right away, moved all of our stuff for us and did a thorough job ensuring everything was dry and the water was all gone. Jess was great to work with - he answered any questions we had and kept us up to date on the progress every day.
