After having our kitchen flood and our hard wood floors very warped, servepro did an amazing job restoring them as well as making sure to monitor them on the daily. We are extremely happy with the quality of service that we received by SERVPRO of NE GR. Water in our basement was the last thing we thought we would be dealing with when we bought this home a few months ago. Casey and his crew at SERVPRO NE, were able to be onsite within hours of our phone call to their office. They addressed the issue and thoroughly removed all water and moisture in the basement. Throughout the process, Casey kept us up to date with daily reports on the progress of the cleanup. The entire crew was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very courteous throughout the cleanup. Hopefully, we won't need more flood restoration services in the future, but if we do, without hesitation, we will contact this same franchise. Thank you again, Casey!!! Highly recommended!
