We experienced a major roof leak following a storms that caused major damage to our home. We were very lucky to have this company handle our situation. We had a severe roof leak due to a storm. We were lucky to have SERVPRO help us out! At the time not only did we have the leak we just lost my husbands grandma and had found out that we were expecting. We came home at 3 in the morning to find the rain coming in our home. After a big rain storm, our sump decided not to work, and our basement took on water. The damage wasn't enough to file a claim, but the advise we received was awesome and prevented our basement from becoming a complete disaster.
Darin and Luke were super responsive to all my questions. They explained the steps taken. They moved all the furniture away from the work site, covered the floor and sealed off the work site tightly. Took the needed steps to identify the damaged area. Cleaned all the debris. They were very considerate, friendly and cordial. Very pleasant young men!
Leo, Kylie, Jayden, William, Jeremy and Cody were all amazing! They all were so courteous, very professional and they took pride in their work!
