President

• From starting his career at a franchise in Flint, MI, to working his way up and eventually purchasing his first franchise in 2017, Josh's journey has been defined by dedication, leadership, and vision. In November 2021, he expanded his footprint by acquiring SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, and SERVPRO of Lansing and Holt.
• Josh is certified in multiple IICRC courses and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty when needed.
• In his spare time, Josh loves to travel, enjoys being out on the water, or swinging his clubs on the golf course.

• Eric joined the SERVPRO system in March 2018 and has continued to grow as a leader in the restoration industry. In November 2021, he expanded his ownership by acquiring SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, and SERVPRO of Lansing and Holt.
• With over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry and a Master's Certification in Fire and Water Restoration, Eric's expertise has been a driving force behind the growth of our franchise.
• He lives in Swartz Creek with his wife, and together they have two adult children.
• Outside of work, Eric is passionate about cars, enjoys playing golf, and holds a black belt in karate.

General Manager

Office Manager

• Jenni started working with us at SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, and SERVPRO of Lansing and Holt as an Office Assistant in October 2019.
• She is IICRC Water Certified, completed Time and Material training as well as the following HeroReady training programs:
  Production Foundations 101, Water Restoration 101, and Fire Restoration 101.
• When Jenni isn't in the office or at class furthering her restoration education, she enjoys riding her road bike, and spending time with her daughters at cheer events.
• What she loves most about working at SERVPRO is the level of community involvement across all our service areas, and the family work environment.

Structure and Personal Property Project Manager

• Katie has been a part of the SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, and SERVPRO of Lansing and Holt team since September of 2013.
• In that time she has held more than one title, which makes her an asset to our restoration family. She started as a Restoration Technician and began with earning her IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification. After working in the field for a couple years, she transitioned to Office Assistant, completing the following SERVPRO HeroReady Training Courses: Production Foundations 101, Water Restoration 101, Fire Restoration 101, and Time & Material Training. She is now thriving in her Structure and Personal Property Project Manager position from all of her years of experience.
• In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family in the Upper Peninsula, and especially loves visiting Crisp Point.

• Derek has been part of our SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, and SERVPRO of Lansing & Holt family since August of 2013.
• He has acquired the following Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying & Applied Microbial Remediation.
• Derek loves a challenge. Whether that be tackling a difficult job, or flipping the mindset of a distraught customer and helping them to make light out of a dark situation (water/fire/mold loss). The sense of accomplishment and joy it brings him to help others is his favorite part of his job.
• He doesn't just love helping the communities we service on a regular basis, he was one of the SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, and SERVPRO of Lansing and Holt crew members to volunteer to go on location and cleanup after the devastating Hurricane Harvey hit.
• In his spare time, Derek enjoys woodworking and building miscellaneous items for around the house, and he's no stranger to a good campfire.

• Josh joined our SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, and SERVPRO of Lansing and Holt team in 2024.
• He brings with him 25 total years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with seven of those years in the restoration industry.
• Josh's skillset was mainly in tile and trim carpentry, drywall, and cabinetry, but his skills range through every aspect of construction.
• He was born and raised in Hastings, MI and still resides there. His family owns a beef cattle farm where they raise angus beef cattle.
• When Josh is not working, his hobbies include hunting, fishing, working with his hunting dogs, and woodworking.

• Roger started his career with SERVPRO of Eaton County, Clinton and Gratiot Counties, Lansing and Holt in March of 2015. He has since completed his IICRC Water Restoration course and is certified.
• What he enjoys most about working at SERVPRO is the fact that each day is different and presents a new problem that he gets to help solve along side his co-workers. In his own words "I like working with good people and for a happy company".

• Michael has been with SERVPRO of Eaton County, SERVPRO of Clinton and Gratiot Counties, Lansing and Holt since September 2013.
• He enjoys the fact that every job is different, and that he's always getting to learn and do something different.
• In that time he has earned the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration. He has also completed the following courses for SERVPRO's HeroReady Training Program: Production Foundations 101 & 201, Water Restoration 101 & 201, Fire Restoration 101 & 201, Textile Cleaning 201, Contents Management 201.
• In his spare time, Michael enjoys all the wonderful things the state of Michigan has to offer. From the scenic family trips to the U.P., to the Red Wings game on TV.
