I had initially called Servpro and gotten on their call-back list but then cancelled when another company was able to give me an appointment. However, they didn't show up or communicate with me. Mark H. called back again and was able to give me an appointment. I highly recommend! I don't know the cost because it was an insurance claim.

Following the flooding of our basement, the ServPro folks did it all - from the removal of all contents destroyed by the water, through the drying out process, and finishing up with the replacement of the insulation, walls, flooring and trim.
