About Us
- LOCAL OWNER
Joshua Ingersoll has owned SERVPRO of Eaton County since November 2021, having purchased the franchise from the former owners. He and his wife live locally, and have built strong ties to the communities in which they live. Every one of our 20+ employees lives in the local community, and we are proud to support and work within our service areas.

As a company, we are heavily involved in the local chambers of commerce, and sponsors of multiple community events in Charlotte, Dewitt, Ithica, Lansing, Holt, and more. In addition to deep ties in the local community, we are also supporters of multiple local community initiatives and organizations including the Charlotte Fire Department's annual Christmas Kiddies, local food pantries, and Rotary groups.

I'm in Columbus, OH and the team was sent down to help with flooding after severe rains and city line back-ups. I had initially called Servpro and gotten on their call-back list but then cancelled when another company was able to give me an appointment. However, they didn't show up or communicate with me. Mark H. called back again and was able to give me an appointment. I highly recommend! I don't know the cost because it was an insurance claim.

We had an amazing experience with the folks at ServPro. They provided professional, efficient, high-quality work, supported by exceptional communication and prompt follow-up. Following the flooding of our basement, the ServPro folks did it all - from the removal of all contents destroyed by the water, through the drying out process, and finishing up with the replacement of the insulation, walls, flooring and trim. Kevin and Mike, our service providers, and Josh, our project manager, were amazing, as were all the members of the team that did the initial removal of the soggy, smelly mess that was our basement.
