On a Saturday morning we woke to a fire in our garage smoking up the whole house. SERVPRO was there within the hour of calling them with industrial HEPA filters/air purifiers and began working on the remedying the smoke damage. They hand wiped every item in the house; cleaned the walls, ceilings and furniture over the next week weeks. All the staff during this time were incredibly professional, courteous and patient with my questions during this incredibly stressful time and their work was top notch.More recently, in cleaning out my father's house we found a number of family documents and heirlooms that strongly smelled of mildew. We called SERVPRO and asked if they could help. Craig came out quickly to assess the work and explained the process. I would not trust just anyone with these heirlooms. They removed all of the smells, on everything! Again the people who work her are great, professional, patient, trustworthy and do great work! Highly recommend.
