Sara and Sam were amazing! They took the time to talk us thru everything they were doing. The way Sara, Sam and the rest of the staff worked was the best I’ve seen! Attentive, on time, very thorough and communication was great! I didn’t want them to leave. The owners even checked in on us- SERVPRO for the win!!

Here we are 1 week away from 2 major events being held at the home, a graduation party & OUR wedding! We found water in our basement requiring total carpet & some drywall removal. The entire team that we encountered was fantastic! Sarah, Mike and especially Christian were more than compassionate when dealing with us and our situation. Much can be said to the selection and training of the employees and the management of the company. My family and I thank you for your kindness that you have shown us.

I didn't want to have to call SERVPRO. I mean, do you ever really want to be dealing with an emergency water situation?! We have used them twice - once from rainwater during a storm and once when our washing machine leaked (2nd floor, down into the kitchen area). Thank goodness for 24 hour service. They responded quickly and came out to assess the situation. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with trying to understand coverage. They salvaged what they could, monitored the drying, and restored my basement and kitchen back to what it was before. I hope I don't need to call them again but have referred them to others dealing with water and mold issues.

They were very courteous and prompt. I've had two floods in the past five years and after the first flood, I was so impressed that I called them out after my second flood. I would highly recommend them  

 

We live in a condo and had water damage.  Your company took care of the clean up.  We have been noticing a "sour smell" coming from the pump room and unfortunately the smell was seeping into our condo.  When you were working on our condos, you gave me a card if I had any problems.  I really appreciated that. I called this morning regarding the smell from the pump room.  I would like to thank you for the prompt attention we received.  You responded that you could have someone out today between 1 and 2.  It was awesome to have such a prompt response. Sarah was right on time.  She is a great lady. She went through everything and informed us exactly what happened (through no fault of yours) and what needed to be done.  She took time with us and explained what had been done.  She is very knowledgeable and understanding. Your company has taken great lengths to get our building back in shape.  We really appreciate your knowledge regarding mold.  We are so happy that through your knowledge things were done the right way. We will definitely recommend you and your services. It is a pleasure when companies actually take pride in the work they do.
