Our sump pump went out and the backup pump didn't work. Result--a flooded basement. I called SERVPRO Monday night, they responded early Tuesday and were at our home to do an estimate by 9:30 AM. I recommend servpro in the future. Cody was our service person. He had lots of knowledge and tools to properly assess our water damage and remove the bad areas. He was professional and explained the situation and answereed our questions. Response was quick, same day. Thea was our work coordinator, she was great communicating the process and did the insurance forms for us.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. We had a septic overflow in our basement and when we needed immediate help, Servpro was out to our house within a few hours. The Servpro crew were kind, prompt, efficient, and professional. Rob, Junior, and Stanford were the initial group that came out to look at our situation and put us at ease that they would get us put back together quickly and easily. The day of cleanup, Junior, Stanford, and Cody were again very kind and had our basement smelling and looking better than ever. They left equipment behind to dry and dehumidify the basement and prevent any future moisture problems. When they returned two days later to pick up the equipment, Cody and Angel were so kind and even chatted with me for a while before heading on to their next job. This kind of situation is something no one ever wants to go through. But it’s comforting to know that Servpro are a company that’s interested in helping people and treating their customers well.
