They did a water mitigation treatment at our house after a frozen pipe burst. They were the only ones who came out after insurance told me to just "find someone." They only sent two guys who worked very, very hard. I was surprised they didn't send at least three out to remove about 2k pounds of plaster and lathe. My only complaint and why they get 4 stars is they threw away all our hardwood baseboard trim and insurance refused to pay for the replacement. It was not damaged or even wet. Not blaming the workers, but it was clearly part of company procedure to remove it and throw it away just because it was in the room. I had to pay almost $1k out of pocket to replace it, and that is doing the staining and installation myself. If I had someone do it, it would have been thousands. Please, ask the homeowner if it is ok to throw something away first. That costed me... on top of having a new baby born three days after the pipe burst. Otherwise, I was happy with the work. Leadership/management could be better but it's a large company... pretty standard corporate experience there.
