Lisa Thomas - Owner / Office Manager
Lisa Thomas is the heart of SERVPRO of Lafayette. Lisa brings 20+ years of customer service and a 30 year lineage of SERVPRO experience to the table.
Lisa's first SERVPRO experience came at the age of 12 when her sister became a franchise owner and taught her the processes for fire restoration on clothing. Lisa has 2 siblings in Illinois that are both tenured SERVPRO owners. Her expereice with SERVPRO ranges from Marketing to Production to the Office.
Lisa has the following IICRC certifications. Water restoration technician, Applied Structural Drying, Fire Smoke Restoration technician. Adding to her extensive training Lisa is also a certified Lead renovator and possesses an ICRA Accreditation for Infectious Disease Control.

Greg Thomas - Owner / General Manager
Greg, a native of SE Florida joined the SERVPRO family in 2009. He spent years working in the marketing and production departments for a SERVPRO franchise in Champaign, Illinois. Greg and his wife Lisa opened SERVPRO of Lafayette in 2014.
Greg has customer service and leadership management experience that extends back to 2003. Greg is our General Manager and oversees day-to-day operations for all departments at SERVPRO of Lafayette. Greg holds many certifications including water damage restoration, mold remediation and trauma scene cleanup.
Outside of work you can find Greg enjoying movie time with his wife, raising 3 incredible girls, working on home projects, traveling to visit family or seeking out oceans, lakes, rivers and creeks to fish for anything that swims.

Anthony Sanchez - Restoration Manager
Anthony Sanchez joined our SERVPRO family in August of 2017. "Tony" a Chesterton Native, has climbed the Field Operations ladder from level 1 tech to restorations supervisor and now resides as a field operations manager. Tony is responsible for managing residential and commercial projects from mitigation through reconstruction.
Currently Tony has 3 IICRC certifications including Water restoration technician, Applied Structural Drying, & Hazardous Material Restoration. Tony will be adding Certified Lead Renovator to that in 2024.
Tony has plenty of experience with residential and commercial settings. Prior to working at SERVPRO he gathered experience building trades such as carpentry, roofing and siding.
In his off time you can find Tony at the gym, going to rock concerts, chilling at home with his dog, Grimm, dreaming of traveling back to Australia or enjoying a good cheeseburger. Just don't put any mayonnaise or vegetables on that burger.
If you meet Tony please ask him about the painting shirt certificate of achievement he earned from us for a quick chuckle. In all seriousness, Tony is a pivotal part of our SERVPRO organization and family. He holds a special place in our heart.

George Brinson - Restoration Supervisor - 3
George is a Navy veteran and joined our SERVPRO family in January of 2022. In the Navy George was responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting Aviation electronics.
In his first year here, George climbed the ranks from Tech 1 to tech 4. George is now a Level 2 Crew Chief and helps us manage residential and commercial water damage projects. George has received 2 certifications from the IICRC including Water restoration technician and applied structural drying.
George enjoys serving people in their time of need and has an empathetic mindset when it comes to his customers. George is very organized and has a great attention for detail.
George lives in Lafayette and desires to obtain a college degree in Emergency Management or Forensic Science. He likes to unwind away from work with his dog and enjoys playing video games, working out, cooking, and hiking. If possible, his chosen superpower, would teleport him to his vacation destination--Greece. Where he would enjoy a tasty cigar with his feet in the sand. We are proud to have George as part of our family.

Abraham Yacabalquiej - Restoration technician - 3
"Abe" is a joined our SERVPRO ranks in 2018 through a temporary work agency. Abe was hired on full time as a restoration technician in July of 2020. Abe is a very hard worker with a great work ethic. He has helped us with every type of project that we do here at SERVPRO. Everyone wants Abe on their jobs because they he knows our processes and takes pride in doing great work every day. Abraham is currently studying in water and fire in hopes of being able to apply for his IICRC certifications soon.
In his off time away from work Abe enjoys getting dressed up and spending quality time with his wife. Off the clock I enjoy sipping cold drinks on hot days with him and listening to stories he tells of his time in Guatemala. Abe is a wonderful addition to our SERVPRO family and we hope to have him for many years to come.

Joseph Fuentes - Restoration Supervisor 1
Joseph is our newest addition to our SERVPRO family as of January 2024. Joseph is originally from Miami Florida. Joseph brings some industry experience to the table including drywall, carpentry and painting. He is a hard worker and believes in quality over quantity. A Value that we share here at SERVPRO. Outside of work Joseph spends all his free time playing bass guitar with a band performing in local establishments. We are excited to have Josph as part of our family and we look forward to watching him rise.

Andy, a restoration technician with SERVPRO, started in 2024. He brings janitorial experience to the team. Any has a natural gift of making people smile and it quite skilled with engine mechanics. We look forward to watching Andy learn and grow within the company.

Josh Plue is the construction manager at SERVPRO of Lafayette. Josh joined our team in the fall of 2025. He has an extensive background in construction, insurance risk consulting, sales and process consulting, financial and strategic planning & manufacturing & supply chain management. The addition of Josh in this role has allowed our team to help more people than ever before truly make it like it never even happened.

Stacey Beauchamp - Administrative assistant
Stacey joined our office division in October of 2026 to assist with administrative tasks across multiple divisions. Originally from Terra Haute Indiana, she brings previous reconstruction coordinator experience.
In her off time, you can find Stacey relaxing at home with the kiddos, golfing with her husband or out and about working on her photography skills. Some things that most people don't know; 1. Stacey knows how to stretch a tape and swing a hammer thanks to her hubby, 2. Visiting Ireland is on her bucket list.

They did a water mitigation treatment at our house after a frozen pipe burst. They were the only ones who came out after insurance told me to just "find someone." They only sent two guys who worked very, very hard. I was surprised they didn't send at least three out to remove about 2k pounds of plaster and lathe. My only complaint and why they get 4 stars is they threw away all our hardwood baseboard trim and insurance refused to pay for the replacement. It was not damaged or even wet. Not blaming the workers, but it was clearly part of company procedure to remove it and throw it away just because it was in the room. I had to pay almost $1k out of pocket to replace it, and that is doing the staining and installation myself. If I had someone do it, it would have been thousands. Please, ask the homeowner if it is ok to throw something away first. That costed me... on top of having a new baby born three days after the pipe burst. Otherwise, I was happy with the work. Leadership/management could be better but it's a large company... pretty standard corporate experience there.
We have multiple pets and kids, surprise, our carpets are dirty. Servpro came in and did an excellent job getting out the stains and making our carpets look new so we could sell the house. Highly recommend.
We were in need of a way to contain construction dust during a repair to our home. I had an overall fantastic experience with ServPro! From start to finish, the entire team was prompt, professional, and took incredible care to respect our property while they worked. They built a containment structure with a HEPA filter and zippered access to minimize dust to the rest of the house. It was well built and work out perfectly. Special thanks to Tony, the supervisor, and Carly, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the process. Communication was top-tier—whenever I had questions or concerns, Tony and Carly were attentive, followed up quickly, and clearly explained how they were going to address each issue. Dealing with property damage, cleanup or construction is stressful, but their professionalism made it smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need!

I've worked with Servpro on multiple occasions and couldn't speak highly enough of their team. The care that Greg (the owner) puts into each catastrophe is unmatched. He is caring, kind and meets people at their very worst moments offering an ear, a friend and a solution. They do great mitigation work but also offer services like duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. Do yourself a favor and go with ServPro!

Our restoration business has operated here in Lafayette and the surrounding area for the past twenty-five years. It has been a long journey with lots of difficulties along the way, but by sticking to our core principals, we can provide the community with essential restoration and maintenance work to a consistently high standard. It has worked well for us so far, and it continues to work for us today.
