Benjamin Dove
Production Manager
Ben is our most experienced employee, working with SERVPRO since 2006.
His extensive IICRC certifications include Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup.
Besides displaying immense leadership skills when directing a crew, Ben has contributed to many National Recovery Team rescues, including the Coal City Tornado Disaster and the Ohio Flooding.
He appreciates working with SERVPRO because every day presents a new challenge. In his free time, Ben volunteers at the Spartan Race with his brother, Micah.
Marcela Villegas
Accounting and HR Administrator
Marcela joined the SERVPRO team in 2019, and we couldn't be happier to have her on board. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and accounting, Marcela is an invaluable asset to the team at SERVPRO. She enjoys the variety of challenges and experiences that every day brings, and she looks forward to learning more about the restoration industry.
In her free time, Marcela enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants and different varieties of foods, and binge-watching Netflix TV shows and movies.
Connor Wiebe
Production Manager
Connor started with SERVPRO in 2021 as a production technician, rose to crew chief, then had the opportunity to roll into the estimator position on the marketing team, and since May 2025, has been a production manager.
He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control.
His favorite part about working for SERVPRO is that every day holds something new to learn and can be completely different from the day before. Connor is an Army veteran who enjoys cooking and watching sports during his free time.
Andres Uriostegui
Restoration Supervisor
Andres is a restoration supervisor with experience in property restoration since 2013.
He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the IICRC: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Trauma and Crime Scene Technician.
Andres enjoys his work and strives to complete every job quickly and efficiently.
Brian Graham
Restoration Supervisor
Brian joined our SERVPRO team in February 2022, bringing 7 years of experience in the residential construction field, as well as 2 years of experience working on mitigation projects.
He has several years of experience and holds the following certifications from the IICRC: Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Odor Control.
Brian's favorite part about working for SERVPRO is working alongside other team members to assist customers with their needs. He looks forward to learning and working towards earning certifications to grow within the company. In his free time, Brian enjoys playing video games, hanging out with friends, attending sporting events, and traveling.

Joseph Golden
Restoration Supervisor
Joe joined our SERVPRO team in October 2023. His first position was as a Restoration Technician, and a year later, he was promoted to Restoration Supervisor based on his hard work and dedication.
He has experience and holds the following IICRC certifications: Water Damage Restoration.

Construction Manager
George is the Construction Manager and joined our SERVPRO team in November 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the industry.
George specializes in building single and multi-family residential projects. He is skilled in planning, budgeting, and overseeing every detail of the construction process. In addition to building, George is a licensed home inspector, having reviewed over 1,000 residential and commercial structures.
Scott Biddinger
Scott is the Construction Superintendent, and he joined our SERVPRO team in March 2025.
Bisa O'Connell
Bisa is the Job File Coordinator for mitigation, and she joined our SERVPRO team in April 2025.
Bisa brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to every project she supports. With a strong background in customer service and personnel coordination, she excels at keeping operations running smoothly and keeping the team informed.
Her dedication to both people and process makes her a valuable part of the team.
Outside of work, Bisa is a devoted parent of three kids and two cats, and enjoys creating handmade crochet clothing. She approaches life with creativity, care, and a genuine passion for making things better—both at home and on the job.

I unfortunately had water damage to my property a few months ago and thanks to the staff at SERVPRO I was able to move back in to my property a few weeks ago. They helped me throughout the whole process, especially as a first time homeowner, not knowing what the insurance needed or association, they helped me every step of the way. They were also so easy to contact. I didn’t have to worry about not being able to reach them because they were always updating me and texting me about my property. I was extremely happy with the end result. My home looked brand new. They did everything from moving my furniture and drying my flooring to painting and putting new flooring. All I can say is Wow! SERVPRO did a stellar job bringing my home back to new. I experienced a major pipe burst which flooded my 1st floor wood floors and into my finished basement. I thought we wouldn't be able to get it back to where it was! These guys were professional, responsive, and courteous. Within a couple of hours, they had removed all water and kicked off industrial fans and dehumidifiers. Best of all, I had a ton of concerns and questions. Every employee took time to inspect and did not hesitate to get in deep to make sure no water stayed hidden.
I would like to say a special thank you to Emilia, Chad, Giovanni, and Jose. What a super crew! They took care of my home as if it was theirs. I will use them again for any need that arises.
