Walden and the team at SERVPRO provide quality service and the best customer service. Walden came highly recommended from my trustworthy plumber to help mitigate water damage from a burst pipe. Even though his team had been working long hours because of the freezing temperatures, they did high quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and were always friendly. When there was more bad news to deliver, he did it in an honest, but empathetic way that made the whole process less overwhelming.
