I had a flood in my basement and Walden and team were very responsive. They treated the space promptly, were very knowledgable, and operated in a very professional manner. Having a flooded basement is stressful and this crew made the experience as pleasant as it could be.
We had two pipes burst. Servpro of northbrook was fantastic!!! They came to our house right away, they handled everything including submitting to our insurance. I appreciated there. And or, responsiveness and all around nice guys at a time I was frazzled. A couple of weeks later I needed help with another contractor that was not responsive. I knew Walden from Servpro knew this contractor and I called Walden for help. He immediately jumped on it and helped me out again. I hope I never have another home issue with water damage but if I do I would definitely use Walden and Servpro northbrook. The team was really fantastic.
Walden and the team at ServPro provide quality service and the best customer service. Walden came highly recommended from my trustworthy plumber to help mitigate water damage from a burst pipe. Even though his team had been working long hours because of the freezing temperatures, they did high quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and were always friendly. Walden explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions (which is a lot). When there was more bad news to deliver, he did it in an honest, but empathetic way that made the whole process less overwhelming. No one wants water damage, but if that is what you have, Walden is your guy! The team at ServPro was a pleasure to work with even during a stressful time.
