We had a large water stain on our ceiling one evening. We called and talked to Walden and he was able to get out to her house the following morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to help us figure out the next steps. The team could not have been nicer!! They were polite, clean, and tidy. SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe did a heroic job cleaning up a flooded basement for me. Walden's team emptied the space quickly then sanitized and dried everything out to prevent mold. I hope that I never need them again but if I do, I will not hesitate to call.

And or, responsiveness and all around nice guys at a time I was frazzled. A couple of weeks later I needed help with another contractor that was not responsive. Walden and the team at ServPro provide quality service and the best customer service. Walden came highly recommended from my trustworthy plumber to help mitigate water damage from a burst pipe. Even though his team had been working long hours because of the freezing temperatures, they did high quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and were always friendly. Walden explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions (which is a lot). When there was more bad news to deliver, he did it in an honest, but empathetic way that made the whole process less overwhelming.
