SERVPRO is a high quality company with dependable service and caring and compassionate employees that go above and beyond to serve the needs of their customers. Eric responded immediately (was at the home within an hour) when I called and stated I needed a board up due to a fire in a home. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that he would be there to assist me step by step along the way. So far the process has been made substantially easier because Eric has taken the time to help me understand what they are doing, why they are doing it, what I need to do (which has been minimal- they do it all), as well as understanding and accommodating the special needs that we have as a family to get through this situation and try to move forward. Having SERVPRO as the first step towards our recovery with this home fire has made this process a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend SERVPRO!

We had a water backup issue with a storm drain in our office and water came through the drain and into the office area at a fast pace. Flooded most of the office and kitchen. Jeff (owner) and his crew were on site within two hours of our phone call and working to get the area contained. Dry vacs, fans, dehumidifiers, etc. His crew was incredible through out the process. Friendly, knowledgeable of the insurance process and giving me timelines on when we can begin repairing the space. If you have flooding in the Glenview area, call Jeff at Servpro Glenview. Highly recommended!!
