My sump pump broke and my basement flooded three days before leaving for vacation. I called ServPro and Walt was at my house within a couple hours to assess the damage. He was very professional and assured us that they could complete the clean up before we left for our trip, which they did! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend ServPro of Elgin.

SERVPRO did an excellent job when my upstairs neighbor had plumbing problems and caused major water damage to my laundry room ceiling and walls. They were very knowledgeable, accessible, prompt, and did great work. Their owner Patrick came out and was very upfront about what needed to be done and the process. He went above and beyond for me making sure I understood each process of mitigation and rebuild. Everyone I encountered from the mitigation team (TJ, Alex, and Cesar) to the rebuild team (Jaime, Cathryn, and Matias) were a pleasure to work with. The timeline they gave me was accurate and they worked with my insurance and made this stressful process much easier to handle. I would use them again and recommend to anyone needing water mitigation.

Tom was most helpful in dealing with the insurance company which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I could not have done it on my own.
