About Us
Where did we start - George and Marg Jackowiec joined the SERVPRO family back in 2003 and we love what we do! We purchased our Elgin/Northwest Kane County territory first. We purchase our 2nd territory, DeKalb County in 2020 and our Aurora territory in 2022. George and Marg Jackowiec both came from professional backgrounds but felt they wanted to have more control over their careers and make a difference!
Committed to Our Communities - The fact is that as a SERVPRO franchise we are given the opportunity to assist our neighbors and our communities in their time of need. We are called on when disaster strikes, and things look pretty dark. In many events, a SERVPRO will probably be the first person you see regarding the damage to your home, and it’s not uncommon for us to be the one to ensure the job is finalized. In addition to assisting our communities of Elgin, South Elgin, Hampshire, etc., we travel all over the country to assist during national disaster events. Our storm crews have spent a combined 17 months out of state assisting with 7 hurricane and numerous localized storm events in the last 9 years alone.
