I recently had about 2 feet of water in my basement. I am in the process of selling my home and was unsure of the coverage I had for a sump pump. Working with Steve and his crew sure takes pressure off a disaster. Two separate times we have called SERVPRO with schools water problems. The reaction time is unbelievable. Within an hour trucks with fans, pumps, and personal were on the spot. I'm convinced that a quick reaction time saved a gym floor which is a major expense. We had what they are calling the 100 year flood here. I had a tenant in my strip center that had flooding in the basement and was overwhelmed thinking that all his inventory was going to be ruined.
