We had a fire in our basement and everything in the house was damaged. This team is quick to respond and so compassionate, especially in such a difficult time. I would recommend than to everyone.

After a flood in my home, the restoration process lasted several months and involved multiple moving parts, contractors, and teams. Chris and his team did an exceptional job coordinating everything and helping bring my home back together. One thing I especially want people to know is that SERVPRO does so much more than just mitigation. Their restoration work included replacing my kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring, bathroom vanity, ceiling repairs, and coordinating with the other teams involved throughout the project. Having so many different areas of the house affected could have made the process incredibly overwhelming, but their coordination made a huge difference. Chris was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure the work was completed properly. After everything this house has been through since April, it feels amazing to finally see it restored and finished. Exceptional work from beginning to end. My family is using ServPro for a water remediation and mold mitigation. Each crew that has come out have wonderful. But we to specifically acknowledge the girls on the pack out team, Alicia and Nikki. During this challenging time we have been trying to make it, they were a little too us. The comfort and compassion that they have shown us has been amazing.

The ServPro Henry County branch are helping us with a mold mitigation. We had them do a pack out. The 2 people that got were Alicia and Nikki. They were absolutely amazing. They were thorough, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. We’re still in the process, but I needed to share how awesome this team has been.

We had the unfortunate experience of our house catching on fire. Between the soot, the smoke, and all the water from both the fire department and the rain, it was a complete loss. In order to rebuild, the house had to be demolished. Taylor Sorenson with Servpro gave us a very reasonable price and got started as soon as the utilities were able to cut off their services. The demolition crew did excellent work and took the house down to the dirt. Now we can build again. We truly appreciate not only their efficiency, but also their quick timing and thorough job.

Servpro arrived the morning after I called. Eric was a true professional & started working on my problem immediately. He kept me informed & was a pleasure to work with. He came back twice to adjust the equipment & make sure everything was working properly. Great company!
