My family is using ServPro for a water remediation and mold mitigation. Each crew that has come out have wonderful. But we to specifically acknowledge the girls on the pack out team, Alicia and Nikki. During this challenging time we have been trying to make it, they were a little too us. We had the unfortunate experience of our house catching on fire. Between the soot, the smoke, and all the water from both the fire department and the rain, it was a complete loss. The demolition crew did excellent work and took the house down to the dirt. Now we can build again. We truly appreciate not only their efficiency, but also their quick timing and thorough job.
