Ryan Braswell and Michael Crawford, became part of the SERVPRO franchise system in 2020 purchasing SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Decatur and SERVPRO of Clayton County. In April of 2024, they added SERVPRO of Norcross and SERVPRO of Duluth to their operation. Today they operate out of a 25,000 sq. foot warehouse in McDonough, GA, and and a 42,000 sq. foot warehouse in Norcross and have a team of over 80 full time employees.
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property. After a small kitchen fire, the clean up team was very helpful and took great care while working in our home. They kept us well informed and did an excellent job.
We had water damage from an overflow toilet. We were sent Emily, Anna, Maddie and Tina to complete the pack out process. Emily the team leader called to inform us she was on the way and the arrival time which was spot on. Emily communicated the entire process what they would be doing and each young lady were assigned a task and completed their task expeditiously without any interruption or talking only when necessary.
