Pamela LaFosse is the General Manager of Administration at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Decatur, SERVPRO of Clayton County, SERVPRO of Norcross, and SERVPRO of Duluth. Pamela oversees all areas of Administration within the company and works closely with each department to improve and streamline processes and procedures. Pamela has been with SERVPRO for over 5 years. Outside of SERVPRO, you can find her at speaking engagements or on her Podcast coaching women across the country in Business Mindset and Confidence.

Luke Goddard is the Director of Strategic Growth & Brand Ambassador at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Clayton County, SERVPRO of Decatur, SERVPRO of Norcross, and SERVPRO of Duluth, where he leads the Commercial and Residential Sales & Marketing Division. With more than 15 years of experience in sales, leadership, and restoration services, Luke has built a strong network of industry relationships throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining SERVPRO, he served as VP of Sales and Operations at ReNew, a textiles and electronics restoration company, where he led the organization to record-breaking revenue growth. Having worked closely with SERVPRO franchises across the region for over a decade, Luke is passionate about helping clients navigate restoration challenges while driving strategic growth for the organization. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, as well as following Georgia football, Atlanta Braves baseball, and the PGA Tour.

Cory Watkins, Director of Operations
Cory Watkins serves as Director of Operations for SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Clayton County, SERVPRO of Norcross, and SERVPRO of Duluth, where he leads departmental strategy and performance, focusing on operational excellence, enhanced communication, exceptional customer service, and sustainable growth. His leadership helps ensure that customers receive timely, professional support during some of the most challenging situations they may face.
Cory rejoined the SERVPRO family in March 2023 after relocating his family from Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to returning to SERVPRO, he served as Chief Strategy Officer for a national mental health organization, where he led strategic initiatives focused on organizational growth, operational effectiveness, and long-term impact. His diverse leadership experience provides a unique perspective that combines strategic planning with hands-on operational management.
Having begun his career with SERVPRO more than a decade ago, Cory is proud to have returned to an industry and organization that helped shape his professional journey. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and helping the company continue to grow in the communities we serve.

Alfredo Garcia
Alfredo Garcia is the Director of Business Development at SERVPRO. He started with SERVPRO in 2016 and works on verifying that clients in all markets are pleased with the SERVPRO name and receive the best customer service possible. Alfredo has an Insurance License and is actively involved among many networking communities in our territory. In his spare time, he enjoys taking care of his goats, donkey, cat, fish and two black Labs.

Josh Heinisch, Account Manager
Josh Heinisch is an Account Manager for SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Clayton County, SERVPRO of Decatur, SERVPRO of Norcross, and SERVPRO of Duluth. With nearly 12 years of experience in human resources and staffing, Josh built a strong foundation in relationship management, customer service, and helping organizations solve workforce challenges. Today, he utilizes that experience to serve residential and commercial property owners by building trusted partnerships and helping clients prepare for and recover from property damage events.
Josh is passionate about serving his community and is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations and community initiatives. He currently serves as Chairman of the Griffin-Spalding Chamber of Commerce, where he works alongside local business and community leaders to promote economic growth and strengthen the region.
A lifelong believer in the value of relationships, Josh enjoys connecting with people and helping others succeed both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with his family, and serving his community. Josh and his wife are high school sweethearts and have built their life together around faith, family, and community involvement.
One of Josh’s greatest joys is being the father of three wonderful children. He treasures watching them grow, supporting their activities and accomplishments, and creating lasting family memories together. Whether cheering from the sidelines, enjoying outdoor adventures, or simply spending quality time together, Josh considers being a dad his most rewarding role.

Von Jones, Account Manager
Von Jones is an Account Manager for SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Clayton County, SERVPRO of Decatur, SERVPRO of Norcross, and SERVPRO of Duluth. Born and raised in Georgia, Von has spent the last six years helping residential and commercial clients recover from water, fire, mold, and storm related property damage. He is passionate about serving others during difficult times and takes pride in helping customers restore their homes and businesses while providing peace of mind throughout the restoration process.
Throughout his career, Von has built strong relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, business owners, and homeowners across Metro Atlanta. Known for his responsiveness, professionalism, and customer focused approach, he is committed to being a trusted resource when disaster strikes. Von understands that restoration is about more than repairing property, it’s about helping people get their lives back to normal as quickly as possible.
Outside of work, Von is also known as DJ EZZ, bringing energy and entertainment to events throughout the Atlanta area. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, going to the movies, supporting local community events, and cheering on Atlanta sports teams. Whether serving clients or entertaining a crowd, Von is dedicated to creating positive experiences and lasting relationships.

Taylor Sorensen
Taylor Sorensen started his SERVPRO career back in 2016 as a Crew Chief in the Water Department. In 2019 he was promoted to Production Manager and in 2020 he became the Fire Division Manager. He is an avid fan of the Florida Gators.

Patrick Hasty is our Water Division Production Manager. He started his SERVPRO career in 2017 as a Water Technician. In his downtime, he likes to spend time with his high school sweetheart and their two kids. He is an avid Bulldogs fan.

Mark Brown is a Project Manager at SERVPRO. He has been with our company since 2013 and has proven to be a great addition. Mark is certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation. He is a talented musician and plays classical guitar for venues and churches in the Henry and Spalding county areas.

Ryan Braswell and Michael Crawford, became part of the SERVPRO franchise system in 2020 purchasing SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, SERVPRO of Decatur and SERVPRO of Clayton County. In April of 2024, they added SERVPRO of Norcross and SERVPRO of Duluth to their operation. Today they operate out of a 25,000 sq. foot warehouse in McDonough, GA, and and a 42,000 sq. foot warehouse in Norcross and have a team of over 80 full time employees.
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property.
