The condominium that backs up to me had a major water leak that has affected my unit. Christian Worms had been beyond helpful to get me dried out in an effort to prevent further damage to my drywall. He is very pleasant, informative, and super helpful for me to understand the what’s and why’s for the services they offer.
Our condo was destroyed during the last catastrophic hurricanes in Tampa Bay. The Servpro team that did the cleanup and getting our condos in Gulf Harbors prepared to be renovated were efficient and professional! They always responded to me in a timely manner and kept us updated. They were dealing with over 200 units. The job was huge. Even after most of their work was completed I could rely on them and mostly Jay to address any questions or issues promptly.
