The remediation team (Dan and Steve) began work and did a good job. The team leader (Dan) planned and executed his work very professionally. Dan would explain each day's work plan and got it all done. Very pleased with service. Team estimator (Paul) coming on site once job was started was a good sign and really appreciated. Last of all want to mention that the office administrator (Teresa) handled all the office work stuendously and was very courteous at all times.
I can't say enough great things about your helper Dan, he's a true professional. His work ethic is excellent, he works very hard and works smart. He's an definite asset to SERVPRO.
What a quick job you did getting the moldy carpets out of my fixer-upper. I didn't want to touch it! Thank you for helping get them out of my new home.
Preparing for a family vacation, and I find that our camper has mold in it. Thanks to you at SERVPRO, our plans remain unchanged and we don't have to take what looks like a horrible science project with us.

In 1993, Jeremy George responded to his first water damage call, and of course it was in the middle of the night. He was 13, and that summer job unexpectedly launched a career making property damage “Like it never even happened.”
In the decades since, Jeremy has responded to thousands of disasters, of every size and type, across Pasco County and Tampa Bay and even internationally, while building a mission-driven team that focuses on providing outstanding service with fairness and mutual respect. He is the owner-operator of six restoration franchises which include West Pasco, West Tampa, Tarpon, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa & Hernando County.
SERVPRO of Tarpon provides professional cleanup for damage from fire, water, mold, and biohazard, as well as other specialty cleaning services. The operation is tied into a national network of more than 2,200 franchises and backed by the depth of knowledge and professional experience of the franchise system founded in 1967 and the local company, operated by the same family for more than 25 years.
