Our Owner David comes to the SERVPRO® family of franchises with extensive experience in business management, talent development, process improvement, and quality control after spending 16 years of his professional career in the finance sector with JP Morgan Chase (14) and Bank of America (2). During the last 6 years of his career, David focused on building new teams/departments on projects created as the result of the consent order issued to all financial institutions in the summer of 2009. David has been a resident of St Augustine since 2004 and has resided in the Jacksonville/Mandarin area since 1991.
The History of SERVPRO is backed by over 50 years of experience, as SERVPRO Industries was launched in 1967. In November 2014, David began negotiations to acquire the territory and on August 28th, 2015 opened its doors for business for the first time.
