SERVPRO of South Tampa, Channelside

We just finished working with Servpro after our renovated garage/casita was damaged due to a leaking toilet. From coming in right away to slow down water damage, to staring drying equipment to coordinating the cleanup and restoration - everything was done in an efficient and timely manner. Special acknowledgement to Stephanie and Ronaldo for handling the after clean-up restoration of our casita. It came out looking much better than before! Their organization and attention to detail was much appreciated. As we were out of state during this time, it was so nice to be kept in the loop with all that was going on in every step of the project. They went above board in sending updates and pictures of the progress so we felt like we were there the whole time. A great team to work with!

Stephanie and her team did tremendous work. They worked on a short deadline and completed everything on schedule. I would certainly use her team again.

I have been working with Stephanie and Christian over the last few days, they have been a dream team to work with. They are kind, responsive and extremely professional. If you ever have a need for remediation they have you covered!

Great experience with their remodeling service. The team was professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail. They transformed our space beautifully, used high-quality materials, and completed the project on time. The final result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality remodeling work.

I had a water issue in a second home. Servpro Team George was amazing to work with. They helped me through a stressful process with fast, reliable and professional service. I would highly recommend them.

I hired SERVPRO Team George for work on a 6 unit investment property, and they were great to work with from day one. The whole team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward they were. They kept me updated, showed up when they said they would, and handled everything in a timely manner without cutting corners. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right instead of just rushing through it. As someone who owns investment property, having a company you can trust makes a huge difference, and SERVPRO Team George definitely earned that trust. I’d have no problem using them again or recommending them to other property owners.

A contractor we hired to remodel our kitchen installed the sink incorrectly while we were out of town. The faucet leaked for several days. The contractor said that he would fix it, but we were concerned that he would take shortcuts to fix it. We called Servpro & they came out to advise us & the contractor on the necessary repairs. They offered us great advice & didn’t charge us for coming out. Servpro will always be my first call when something like this happens.

I’m actually impressed with the results and will definitely recommend! I had a really tight schedule and they really worked around it! Than you!
